As a Liquidator, our services include:

Asset Management:
- Take control of all assets of the corporate entity.
Public Announcement:
- Arrange for the publication of the Public Announcement.
Professional Appointments:
- Appoint registered valuers, accountants, legal experts, and other professionals.
Creditor Claims:
- Verify creditor claims and finalize the list of creditors/contributories.
Statement of Affairs:
- Prepare the Statement of Affairs.
Asset Disposal:
- Conduct the disposal of assets and distribute the proceeds among creditors/contributories.
Reporting:
- Submit periodic reports to NCLT on the progress of liquidation proceedings.
- Submit a final report to NCLT and facilitate the dissolution of the corporate entity.
Additional Activities:
- Perform any other tasks as directed by NCLT or necessary for the smooth conduct of the liquidation process.
